 A Golden Age for Cambridge SaabFour employees at local car dealership Cambridge Saab have proved themselves to be at the very top of their profession, after they were each recently presented with a prestigious ‘Gold Award’ by Saab Great Britain.
Technician David Norville, Parts Manager Keith Goddard and Sales Executives Darren Rayner and Luke Gordon were recognised by the Saab Academy as having achieved the highest level of training possible in their respective fields.
Through a combination of web-based instruction and practical workshops, the Saab Academy assesses its staff at four levels, from ‘Basic’ to ‘Gold’, ensuring that each member of the Saab team is not only familiar with the unique characteristics attributed to the Swedish premium marque, but is also trained extensively in their chosen professional discipline.
James Howarth, Dealer Principal of Cambridge Saab, said: “We were absolutely delighted that Darren, Keith, Luke and David have been presented with the Saab Academy Gold Awards – this recognition is a true testament to their commitment to providing exceptional levels of service to our customers, and also demonstrates their extensive knowledge of the Saab brand and its range of prestige vehicles.”
